1/2 pound unsalted butter (2 sticks)
1 sleeve Saltine Crackers (40 crackers)

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a small sauce pan and skim off white foam. Boil and skim until clear and golden. 1/2 lb. butter should yield 3/4 cup of clarified butter. Place crackers in medium bowl. Pour the warm butter over them and toss gently to coat with butter. Transfer to a cookie sheet and bake for 3 minutes at 400º until golden brown. Serve warm!
