1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
2 dessert spoons brown sugar (probably a tsp.)
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. coconut
1 c. walnut or pecan pieces
pinch of salt
little vanilla (probably a tsp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, rub in butter and dessert spoons of brown sugar. When well mixed, pack in bottom of 8 x 10" cake pan. Beat eggs, add brown sugar, coconut, nuts, salt and vanilla. Mix well. Spread on top of first mixture and bake about 30 minutes at 350º until top is firm, but not hard. Cool and cut into squares.
