3 c. sifted flour
1 heaped tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 heaped tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/3 stick soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Mix in butter. Make a well and add milk. Mix to a soft dough, bowl should be clean. Divide in 3 sections. On floured board, knead each section and roll into 9" round. Cut in 6 sections and bake at 425º for 12-15 minutes.
