9 eggs
3 Cups Milk
3 slices bread cubed
1 ½ cups grated cheese cheddar or jack or a mixture – you can even use pepper jack to make it more Mexican
1 lb breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled or diced ham or both!
You may add cut up sautéed cut up peppers and onions mushrooms etc
Salt and pepper

Pre heat oven to 350º
Beat eggs with milk
Add browned sausage and/or ham,bread and cheese
Pour into buttered 13x9 inch casserole
Cover and refrigerate overnight

Bake uncovered for 1 hour
Let stand 5 minutes before serving
