¾ cup sugar
¼ cup canola oil
1 egg
½ cup milk
1 ½ cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
Streusel filling
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup chopped walnuts
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp butter melted
2 tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º
Grease 9x9 pan

Mix together sugar, oil and egg until frothy
Stir in milk

In large bowl mix flour, baking powder and salt
Stir in liquids until just blended

Put ½ of batter into pan (be sure to spread to edges)
Sprinkle half of streusel mixture over batter
Top with remaining batter
Top with remaining streusel

Bake for 25 – 30 minutes on middle rack
Cool for 10 minutes
Drizzle with
3 tbsp confectioner’s sugar mixed with 1 tsp milk

Double recipe for 13x9 pan
