1 lb. sausage
1 onion
3 potatoes cubed
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. water
15 oz. can cream corn
15 oz. can whole kernal corn undrained
12 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and onion together. In a large pot, add browned sausage and onion together with remaining ingredients. Cook on low for about an hour.

We love this soup on a cold night or for a football game! You can substitute ground beef for the sausage, but the sausage really gives it a kick.
