1 cup butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Take a small amount of dough in hand and roll into 2" logs. Make crescents from the logs. Bake at 325 for approximately 30 minutes or until slightly brown. Cool on rack. Sprinkle lightly with 10X sugar.

This was my favorite Christmas cookie. Aunt Dollie would give me my own tin of Crescent Cookies for Christmas and I would hid them in my room!
