Directions:
Directions:
(For 8 pieces.)
Combine:
½ c cornmeal
½ c flour
1½ tsp salt
1½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp oregano (dry & crushed)
¼ tsp pepper
Dip chicken pieces first in:
milk – about ½ c
then into dry mixture.
Place on a shallow greased baking pan, skin side up.
Dribble over the chicken pieces:
1/3 c melted butter
Bake at 375° for 50 min.
