3/4 cup sugar
Dash of salt
2 T cornstarch
1 stick or 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 to 1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
3/4 cup orange juice
1 T lemon juice
1 lb. can tart pie cherries
Red food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt and cornstarch. Add orange juice, lemon juice, undrained cherries and spices. Stir constantly over medium heat until it boils. Boil for 2 minutes. Remove spices and serve hot over ham.
