Ham Quiche Recipe

1/4 lb Swiss cheese, shredded
1 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
3 eggs
13 oz. evaporated milk
1/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Make or use a premade 9" or 10" pie crust.

Sprinkle flour over cheese and mix. Spoon half in the bottom of the pie crust. Top with diced ham.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, evaporated mild, water, onion, parsley, salt & pepper.

Pour over ham & cheese.

Sprinkle remaining cheese on the top.

Bake at 400º for 15 minutes then reduce to 325º for 25-30 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean.

Cool 5 minutes before cutting/serving.
