1 box Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe German
Chocolate Cake Mix
1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease & flour 13x9x2" pan. Spread coconut evenly in bottom of pan. Sprinkle with pecans. Prepare cake mix following package directions. Pour over coconut & pecans. Combine cream cheese & melted margarine in medium bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until creamy. Add powdered sugar, beat until blended & smooth. Drop by spoonfuls evenly over cake batter. Bake at 350º for 45 to 50 min. or until toothpick inserted halfway to bottom of cake comes out clean. Cool completely. To serve, cut into individual pieces, turn upside down on plates & enjoy. I usually cool for about 20 min. Loosen cake around edges and turn whole cake upside down on large plate. Be careful or you'll have a real mess.
