2 boxes Uncle Ben's wild and long grain rice mix
6 boneless chicken breast
2 cans cream of mushroom sop
2 cans sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 c. pepperidge farm bread stuffing-herb seasoned
1 lb hot sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to directions. Boil chicken in water for about 30 minutes. (For more flavorful chicken use chicken breasts with the bone in and add one onion, stick of celery, and a carrot to water). Cool chicken and cube the meat. Brown sausage and drain. Mix together sausage, cubed chicken,rice, mushrooms, worcestershire sauce, mushroom soup. Spoon mixture into a 9 by 13 inch greased dish. Sprinkle herb stuffing on top. Bake, covered at 250º for 30 minutes.
