1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. veg. oil
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. natural cereal (granola)
1 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, oil, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt and whole wheat flour. Add dry ingredients to moist. Mix just til blended. Mix cereal and raisins in a separate bowl. Oil muffin pans. Spoon 1/2 of the batter into 18 muffin cups. Top with 1/2 of the cereal/raisin mix. Add remaining batter. Top with remaining cereal/raisin mix. Bake at 350º 15 - 20 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pans.
