1 (32 oz.) bag of shredded hash browns thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (8 oz.) block of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
One sleeve Ritz Crackers, crumbled
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together; pour into a 9x12 baking dish. Top with crumbled ritz crackers. Melt 1/2 stick of butter; pour over crackers.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
