1 cup uncooked rice
1 quart milk
1 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
1 quart milk
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In top of double boiler mix uncooked rice and 1 quart milk. Cook until rice is done. Add 1 cup raisins. Beat together eggs, 1 quart milk, salt and vanilla. Add to rice mixture. Pour into greased caseerole dish. Set dish in water in pan and bake in over 1 - 2 hours at 250-300 º
