1½ large packages (12 oz) Philadelphia cream cheese
½ C granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
"dash" of salt (1/8 tsp or less)
graham cracker crust

Topping:
1 1/2 T granulated sugar
8 oz sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cream Philadelphia cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
Add vanilla and salt, stir in until well mixed.
Pour into graham cracker crust
Bake at 350° for 20 min – until firm in center.

While baking, mix topping ingredients and let stand.

After cheese cake has cooled for 5 minutes, spread topping mix on top.
Refrigerate and serve chilled.
