2 pkgs. chicken-mushroom flavor Oodles of Noodles
1 lb. broccoli spears (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 T. butter
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until just tender; drain. Saute bread crumbs in butter till browned; set aside. Before opening, break up Oodles of Noodles. Cook noodles in 3 cups boiling water, stir and cook for 3 minutes. Add seasoning from both flavor packets. Combine broccoli, cooked noodles & broth, chicken and sour cream. Spoon into a 2 qt. shallow baking dish. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350º for 20 - 25 minutes.
