2 chickens
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. buttermilk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. flour
1 c. ground pecans
1 T. paprika
1 T. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. sesame seeds
Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken. Melt butter in 9x13-inch baking pan. Mix buttermilk with egg in a shallow pan. Mix flour, ground pecans, paprika, salt, pepper and sesame seeds in another shallow pan. Dip chicken in buttermilk mix, then in flour mix. Place, skin side down, in melted butter and turn over. Bake at 350º for 1 hour 45 minutes.
