2 c. cooked rice
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla
nutmeg
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except nutmeg. Pour into casserole and set in pan of water 1 inch deep. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 1 hr and 30 min at 350º.
