1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
6 eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
2 cups milk
4 pieces of bread
1 tsp. dry mustard
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the bread into cubes and line the bottom of 9" x 13" pan. Fry the sausage and remove from pan, reserving the sausage grease in pan. Put sausage on top of bread. Fry the shredded potatoes in the sausage grease then place potatoes on top of sausage. Beat the eggs, milk, mustard, salt & pepper together. Pour over the top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350º for 50 - 60 minutes.
