1 c Amish Friendship Bread Starter
1 c vegetable oil
1 c sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 small instant vanilla pudding mix
2 c flour
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 c chopped pecans*
1 c chopped apple*
1 c raisins*

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º.Grease three 9x5 inch loaf pans. Place the starter in a bowl, stir in the oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix well. Combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, instant pudding, and cinnamon. Add the flour mixture to the starter mixture and beat by hand. Add the pecans, raisins and apples and mix well. Pour batter into the prepared pans. Bake at 325º for 1 hour.
* Different things such as shredded carrots, pears, peaches, shredded zucchini, mashed bananas, walnuts, dates, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, etc may be added to make the bread of your choice
