2 tsp active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole-wheat flour
1 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt

Topping:
10-12 onions cut into chunks
1/2 cup water to start
1/2 oil
salt and pepper
cured black olives

Directions:
Prepare the pizza dough. Let rise for 45 min-1 hr. While the dough is rising start on the onions. In a large pot, saute onions until translucent. Then add the water and oil, cover pot and let cook, stirring occasionally. Once onions start to brown, mash them against the pot using the back of a spoon. Onions are ready when they are carmelized brown, and mushy. Bake the pizza dough for a few minutes, then spread the onion topping over the pizza, and add black olives. Bake until the dough is crusty.
