1 large onion sliced
2 cloves garlic minced
1 large zucchini cut on the diagonal
1 yellow pepper cut into strips
1 red pepper cut into strips
1 half head broccoli
handful of sliced mushrooms
can of baby corn
can of water chestnuts
two carrots sliced on diagonal
cashews
minced fresh ginger
teriyaki sauce
soy sauce
sesame oil
few tbs peanut butter

Directions:

Stir- fry all the vegetables together until tender but still a little crunchy. Add the cashews and sauces. Serve immediately.
