1/2 cup oil
1 cup cocoa
1 cup flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
half teaspoon instant coffee
powder sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, besides powdered sugar, until a smoothe batter is formed. Roll walnut sized balls from the dough and coat it with powdered sugar. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for approx. 11 minutes. Let cookies completely cool before storing them.
