I small purple cabbage/ half or large one- shredded
half yellow pepper cut into strips
half red pepper cut into strips
scallions cut diagonally
craisins
sunflower seeds
slivered almonds
sesame seeds

Dressing:
1/4 cup oil
3-5 tbs soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbs sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the vegetable ingredients. Add the nuts and sesame seeds before serving. Make the dressing- mix well and pour over the salad. Serve right away.
