2 sticks of butter
2 c. Sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla flavoring
3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. bananas, mashed
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Cream butter & sugar. Add eggs, one at a time then add the vanilla.
3. Mix dry ingredients together and blend with the butter mixture.
4. Fold in mashed bananas, nuts, & sour cream.
5. Pour into 2 greased (butter or non-stick cooking spray) loaf pans.
6. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Let cool for at least 20 minutes before taking out of pan
