1 pkg, (14oz) carmels
Evaporated milk
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
3/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. pecans
1 c. milk chocolate chiips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix carmels with 1/3 cup evaporated milk, melt in microwave, set aside. Beat together cake mix, 3/4 c. evaporated milk and butter (melted). Spread half the cake batter in a greased 9x13 pan in 350 oven for 15 mins. Remove from oven, spread carmel mixture on top of layer, add pecans and chocolate chips. Spread with remaining batter and continue baking 15 to 20 mins. Cool before cutting into squares. Don't overbake.
