1 T whole cloves
1 large orange, sliced
2 qt. apple cider
3 T lemon juice
4 cinnamon sticks
spiced rum or whiskey (optional)

Directions:

Mix all but alcohol and simmer in a large pot (or crock pot) for at least 30".
Ladle into a coffee cup (may strain to keep cloves out).
Add rum or whiskey if desired.
