1pound ground beef.
1small onion diced (1c).
1large carrot julienne (1c).
3 stalks of celery chopped (1c).
2cloves of garlic,minced.
2 14.5oz can diced tomatoes.
1 15oz red kidney beans with liquid.
1 15oz can Gret Northern beans with liquid.
1 15oz can tomato sauce.
1 12oz can of V-8 juice.
1tbsp white vinegar.
1 1/2tsp salt.
1tsp. dried oregano.
1tsp. dried basil.
1/2 tsp. pepper.
1/2 tsp dried tyne.
1/2 pound ditali pasta.

Brown the ground beef in a large sauce pan or pot over medium heat. Drain off most of fat. Add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic and saute for 10min. Add the remaining ingredients except pasta. Simmer for 1hour. about 50minutes into the simmering cook the pasta into the boiling water. Cook until the pasta is aldente or slightly tough. Drain. Add pasta to large pot of soup simmer for 5 to 10 minutes more and serve.
