1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
2 green onions, sliced
1 T A-1 Thick & Hearty Steak Sauce
2 oz (3/4 of 8 oz pkg) Sharp Cheddar Cheese
16 crackers
8 slices Shaved Road Beef, halved

Directions:
Directions:
Cook peppers and onions in small skillet on medium heat 1 minute. Add steak sauce, cook 1 minutes. Set aside. Cut cheese into 8 slices; cut each slice crosswise in half.

Top crackers with meat, cheese and vegetable mixture.

Place 8 of the topped crackers on microwaveable plate. Microwave on high 20-25 seconds or until cheese begins to melt. Repeat with rest of crackers.
