4 T butter
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
8 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400ºF
heat 8x10 glass casserole dish in oven with 4 T butter.

In blender mix milk, flour and salt, then add eggs one at a time with the blender on low.

Remove pan form oven add egg mixture. Return to oven for 15-20 min. Cut into squares and serve with butter and syrup, or sliced fruit and powdered sugar.
