"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I came across this recipe in grandma's books, she said this is the one she always used, so I thought I would give it a try. I do not like to bake my bread in the bread machine, so I set it for the dough cycle and then take it out and let it rise a little more and then bake it in my oven. This bread rose higher than any Rhodes bread I have ever made, and it was yummy and had a great texture! The cinnamon raisin bread was awesome too! BR
