lemon cake mix
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. oil
2-3 TB. lemon juice
2 eggs
yellow colored sugar (sprinkles)
1/4 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, oil and eggs. Roll into 1 inch balls and place 2 inches!!!!!! apart on a cookie sheet. Place sugar in a bowl and dip a cup in and then use it to flatten the cookie to 1/4 inch thickness. Bake @ 375º for 5-7 minutes. Cool 1 minute. Remove from pan and cool completely. Combine powdered sugar and juice. Drizzle over and sprinkle with more sugar.
