1 (6 oz) package chocolate chips
1 (7 oz) package shredded coconut
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt chocolate in microwave or in top of double boiler over hot water. Mix in coconut, vanilla and salt.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff but not dry. Add egg whites to coconut mixture. Drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes. Immediately remove from pan to rack to cool.
