2 lbs ground beef or Italian sausage
1 c chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c minced celery
1/4 c olive oil
salt
4 cans 16 oz tomatoes
2 cans 6 oz tomato paste
1/2 c water
2 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
cook onions, garlic, celery, oil until soft and meat is brown, then add the other ingredients. Simmer for 3 hrs.
cook one pkg lasagna noodles

Layering noodles first, then one carton of cottage cheese or ricotta cheese, then meat sauce and mozzarella cheese.
noodles on top with mozzarella cheese and 1/2 c Parmesan cheese

Bake 350º for 45 min to 1 hr
