3 T. butter
3 T. extra virgin olive oil
2 T. minced green onion
2 T. minced parsley
1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and deveined (fresh or frozen)
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
4 cloves garlic, minced
Tabasco sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium heat. When melted, add onion, garlic, lemon juice and salt. Stir-fry until onion is limp. Turn heat to high, add shrimp. Stir-fry until pink, 2 min. (turn heat down to keep from over cooking)
Add parsley and Tabasco sauce.

Serve over hot angel hair pasta or whole wheat pasta. Squeeze lemon over the dish and add more Tabasco to taste.
