2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1 cup cottage cheese
4 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º. Grease 9x13-inch baking pan.
2. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into baking pan.
3. Bake for 45 minutes.
