2 Sticks of Butter
1/2 cup of shortening
3 cups of Sugar
5 Eggs
3 cups of Plain Flour
1 cup of Milk
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter, shortening and sugar.

Add each egg one at a time and mix thoroughly. (This is your only rising agent.)

Mix in Flour and Milk alternately beginning and ending with the flour.

Add Vanilla and Lemon.

Mix well. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Place in cold oven. Turn on oven to 325 and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
