1 lb Italian Sausage
1 1/2 tsp crushed peppers
1 Lg diced onion
4 TBSP bacon pieces
2 tsp. garlic puree
10 cups water
5 cubes of bouillon
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb potatoes or 3 large
1/4 of a bunch of Kale

1. Remove skin from sausage and crumble into frying pan.
2. Add crushed pepper, drain excess fat.
3. In the same pan saute bacon, onions & garlic for approx. 15 mins. or until the onions are soft.
4. Add chickeb bouillon and water to the pot and heat until it starts to boil.
5. Add potatoes and cook until soft, about 30 min. '
6. Add the heavy crean and just cook until heated. 3 - 5 min.
7. Add kale at the end just before serving.
