10 oz wide noodles, cooked
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese

Cheese mixture:
3 cups cottage cheese (or ricotta cheese)
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tsp parsley
2 eggs, beaten
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Meat Sauce mixture:
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 lb. Italian sausage, browned
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, minced
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups stewed tomatoes
2 (6oz.) cans tomato paste

Combine all of the ingredients for cheese mixture. Stir until mixed well. Do the same for meat sauce mixture. In 13x9 inch baking dish, place half of cooked noodles. Spread with 1/2 cheese mixture. Add 1/2 of mozzarella cheese; then add 1/w of meat sauce. Repeat.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
