6 cups leaf spinach
3 hard boiled eggs
4 oz. ham
1 sm. red onion
1 10 oz. pkge. frozen peas, thawed
3/4 cup mayo or salad dressing
1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups Swiss cheese, chopped
5 slices of bacon cooked and drained
Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1/2 of spinach, eggs and ham. Layer other 1/2 of spinach, onion and peas.

Combine mayo and sour cream and spread over top of salad layers. Sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Refrigerate overnight and sprinkle bacon on top.
