1 pound turkey
1 garlic clove minced
1 chopped small onion
Brown meat, garlic, and onion on stove top and drain.
2 can's rotelle tomatoes with green chili's
1 can yellow corn
1 small can black beans
1 can kidney beans
1 packet taco seasoning
1 packet buttermilk salad dressing (powder)

Mix all bottom ingredients with browned meat in large cooking pot, cook over low heat 25-30 minutes.

To add some fire, throw in some hot sauce (I like Texas Pete) when browning the meat. Plenty of food for leftovers, pretty healthy, easy to make, and damn good.
