ground beef, spring onions, yellow onions, green peppers, 2 or 3 eggs, salt & pepper, Ragu sauce, garlic powder, 1 package of Lipton beefy onion soup, salt & pepper
½ cup to ¾ milk

Mix all the ingredients, roll hamburger mixture into medium size ball, flatten the top of hamburger ball slightly, fry them in a pan.
