1-3 oz package strawberry jello
1 cup hot water
1 cup cold water
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 baked 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot water and add cold water. Stir. Cut ice cream into 6 pieces. Add to jello mixture and stir until ice cream melts.Chill mixture in refrigerator until it begins to thicken and mound when spooned (20 to 30 mins). Gently fold in strawberries. Pour into cooled pie shell. Chill until firm about 30 minutes. Serve with sliced strawberries on top.
