2 1/4 cups sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs slightly beaten
3 cups milk
1 qt. whipping cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. Vanilla (1 Tbsp. for Peach)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients well. Scald milk over low heat.

Add dry ingredients to beaten eggs and slowly add to hot milk and cook over low heat until slightly thickened. Do not boil. Cool, then add cream, vanilla & enough milk to fill can 3/4 cup full. Follow directions on freezer to freeze the ice cream.

For Peach Ice Cream, add 3-4 cups coarsely ground peaches sweetened to taste, you should not have to add additional milk as above.
