1 c butter
1 c sugar
2 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp Karo©
1 c chocolate chips
2/3 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add sugar; cook stirring often until melted, 3 - 4 minutes. Add water and Karo©. Cook without stirring, about 15 minutes, until it reaches 300º on a candy thermometer. Do not under cook. Remove from heat and immediately pour onto a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle chocolate chips over toffee, let stand 5 minutes, then spread out chocolate. Sprinkle with nuts and press in gently. Cool completely. Break into bite size pieces and store in an air tight container.
