8 oz cream cheese
2 lbs powdered sugar

1 small bowl granulated sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix powdered sugar into softened cream cheese until completely blended. Separate into as many flavors as you wish, and add color at this time. Pinch off a small amount and roll into a ball. Roll in granulated sugar and press in mold. Mints may then be placed in containers for storage in refrigerator or freezer.
