1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 sticks oleo
1 cup salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
4 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon extract

Cream sugars and oleo, add oil, eggs and dry ingredients, mix well and hill in refrigerator for 2 days, take out small portion, roll the size of a pecan, then roll in sugar. place on greased cookie sheet, flatten with glass to about 1/8 inch thickness
Bake @ 350 6-8 minutes or until edge is slightly brown
