Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1-1/2 lbs hamburger 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 cup onion 1/2 tsp salt 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can green beans, drained 1 can vegetable soup 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated 3 cups mashed potatoes

Directions:	Directions: Preheat oven to 350º. Prepare potatoes according to package. Brown hamburger and onion. Add soups, pepper, salt, and beans. Pour into baking dish. Spoon mashed potatoes on top. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings

Personal Notes:	Personal Notes: This is the original recipe I copied from GG (Great Grandma Lois Cooper) many, many years ago. We all do a version of this recipe and add /use whatever ingredients we might have on hand.) You can substitute any frozen vegetables for the green beans. Simply Par boil them and they will finish cooking in the oven. Can also use “real” mashed potatoes if you don’t like packaged.
