2 Packages Corn Meal Mix
1 Jalapeño Pepper,chopped
1 Medium Onion, chopped
2 Eggs
1 Bell Pepper, chopped
8 oz. Can Cream Corn
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Drop from spoon into cooking oil heated to 375º. Cook till golden brown. (Or place in a plastic bag, clip one corner and drizzle into oil)
